How does HaulSave calculate my profit?
We start with the load's rate and subtract everything that eats it: fuel (from your truck's MPG and fuel price), dispatcher and factoring fees, driver pay, and tolls. You see your true net profit and your real RPM (rate per mile) — counting deadhead miles, not just loaded — before you call the broker back.
How do I try it before paying?
HaulSave is free to start — no card required. Sign up and save your first 5 loads on the free plan, with your real numbers, before you ever pay a cent. That's your test drive: you'll see exactly what HaulSave does for your loads. When you're ready for unlimited loads, upgrade to a Pro plan, and cancel anytime if it's not for you.

I'm a solo owner-operator — is this for me, or do I need a fleet?
Built for solo first. Pro Solo covers one truck; Pro Fleet and Pro Fleet+ add more trucks and drivers as you grow. Most HaulSave drivers run one truck.
Can my dispatcher or drivers log in too?
Yes. Every paid plan includes one dispatcher login — they run the calculator, book loads, send broker paperwork, and see their own pay, while your true costs stay private unless you choose to share them. Pro Fleet adds free logins for your drivers too, so each driver tracks their own trip expenses and uploads BOL/POD straight from the cab. You stay in control of everything.
Does it work on my phone?

Can I get my data out for taxes?
Yes — export your loads, expenses, and payroll anytime from Settings. The file opens straight in Google Sheets, Excel, or Numbers, so you can hand it to your accountant at tax time. Your data is yours.
